  • Transaction size: $15,000,000 – $100,000,000+
  • Capitalization: all cash, assumable financing, note acquisitions, preferred equity, and mezzanine transactions.
  • Well located assets within major metropolitan areas and secondary/tertiary markets:
    • Top 50 MSAs preferred
  • Joint venture structures will be considered
  • CorePlus, value-added and opportunistic properties

  • Minimum development: 60,000 square feet
